Sky sports cost on upgrading broadband

Hi

I took out M125 broadband and stream box last year on 18 month contract, I then added sky sports for £18.75 month for 18 months 

I then received a call from virginmedia offering me 1 gig volt package which I took up. However what they did not tell me was that skysports on stream would be cancelled and I would then have to renew sky sports at £35. The main reason I initially chose virginmedia broadband was to get skysports at a discounted price

Now I would need to look elsewhere for skysports such as Nowtv or hope there's a a new offer on stream

As skysports was an add on should this have not of been treated separately and left as it was.

All I can offer is that you should have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your new arrangement. If you have gone past that I can only suggest you complain to Virgin that you were not given the complete information. Did you check the contract sheets they should have sent you? These should make things absolutely clear.
