Hi Carley,
I would like to cancel my order as there have been some other issues getting it through and I would rather start over
Can I send you my order reference and have this be cancelled?

Thanks for your reply, sorry to hear you're looking to cancel.
We're afraid that as an account hasn't been set up yet, we won't be able to cancel the order just yet. We'd recommend to either try speaking with either our Sales Team or Pre Installation Team again over the phone. If not, we can process a cancellation for you but only when an account has been created, but we're afraid that we can't advise exactly when this will be. Likely within the next few business days.
