As stated - served a section 21 no-fault eviction, have no new place in mind, probably going to be sofa surfing for a while, so I can't transfer the contract, Surely I don't have to pay the fee since it is not my fault? seen a few examples of VM reaching to people in this situation on here so hopefully can get some help on this.
