Section 21 Eviction then Early Disconnection Fee

I was served a section 21 no-fault eviction, have a new place which already has a Virgin Media account so I can't transfer the contract, only one allowed in flat.

Seems very unfair that I have been charged a £400+ early disconnection fee despite fact not my fault.
Any way I can get help here?
