STILL RECEIVING PAPER BILLS

Months and months later, and after a horrible type phone call from India ( customer services)  I AM STILL RECEIVING

PAPER BILLS> THE LATEST ARRIVED ON MY MAT TODAY!!!    Are you sure I'm not paying £21  a year for this mis-service?

Will this NEVER stop?  Does anyone know how to stop this unwanted post?

Write "not known at this address" on them and post them back. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Not sure that's the answer!  Who knows what Virgin would do?

Is there anyone on this forum who is actually a genuine employee of Virgin who can solve the problem? And why the problem seems insoluble?
