Still receiving paper bills

No matter who replies and no matter that they said they have fixed it and ticked the right box ( SABRINA) I am STILL RECEIVING PAPER BILLS!. I would have thought this was impossible but no Virgin continues to surprise with its slight but annoying incompetence. Is there anybody WHO actually knows something and can penetrate to the heart of the matter?

C'mon experts really! This matter has been going on months!

    Whilst i got 360 sorted.....I asked for e billing to be put in place.  I am still getting postal bills ...why  they said it had been done ...2 months ago and more........

      Believe it or not despite a member who understands these things doing all the work  and a big "your on e-billing now" razzamatazz message,, today the first 2024 paper bill from Virgin duly landed on my doormat.  CAN THIS EVER STOP..it hasn't so far. STOP, PLEASE STOP.  HELP!

      I have tried and FAILED  to navigate the virgin site. I cannot find the MY PROFILE BIT, that is why JohnGS did it for me. I am NOT in the least tech and stuff savvy. All I want is for them to stop littering my porch with useless paper  ever since JohnGS stopped it in October!!!!! I even got an e mail from Virgin  saying congratulations I was now e-billing!!!  JOKE!  It had No effect!  STOP IT NOW. STOP STOP STOP!  If JohnGS failed how do you expect me to succeed!  STOP  STOOP  STOP!

    A person called SABRINA took over the case  last time , Somehow, I don't know how, and she was doing all that, I don't truly think I should be doing it. I think she was from an Indian call centre.  Cannot the community contact Virgin customer services on my behalf/ I am not very good at all this.

    The charge was not there for paper billing but the box was not ticked to stop it, I can do this, they will stop now. Glad to hear that you would like the same package, I shall sort both package and the ebilling out now.  This was from Sabrina B!

    Yes, I know I'm on e-billing.

    Yes I know I'm not being charged for it. Yes, I know I have asked this question 2 or 3 times before.

    And still no matter how many times I'm told it's all done, every month Virgin Media send me a paper bill! Why is it so difficult to stop? What is the reluctance of Community support to stop it?

    Why would you want me to take PHOTOGRAPHS of today's offerings thro the letterbox and somehow send you photographs of them? I said I'm not techky and yet it seems you want me to jump through pointless hoops!
