Reward not recieved.

I started the referral for the £50 reward in May. 

It says this can take up to 13 weeks. I have still not received this. 

It has been almost 30 weeks now

 

Any help?

Referral has to be taken up by new customer using links to packages VM send them. Anything else is classed as invalid, and a 'debate' has to be opened to see if they will still cough up.

I was refered by a friend years ago and both of us never recieved the £50 ever. Virgin are one of the worst companies to interact with. They will manipulate everything to their advantage.
