Hi,
I've cancelled ( wow that was hard) and am asked to send back equipment. Fine. But despite filling in the form twice with my correct details no package has been sent to me to send the info back.
Total con?!
Not even an email confirmation. I screenshot the fact I've completed the request as evidence.
So I'm stuck and will be billed £40.
What to do?

Have you received your Final Bill yet? VM don't usually send out the returns packaging until then.
Also, what equipment do you have as not all equipment needs returning? You can check < here >
If you have a printer you can print out your own label and return the equipment in your own packaging.

After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store. make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
