Returns packaging

Hi,

I've cancelled my WiFi but unsure that return packaging will arrive in time before I move out. I'm going abroad for a month so unable to provide a different address to send it to - is it possible to just use that packaging the hub 3 arrived in and stick the returns label onto it and return it like that?

Hi @Jaz_Mir01 

That wouldn't be a problem as long as the parcel is secure.

If you have a printer you can print out your own label and return the equipment in your own packaging.

After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.  Make sure you receive a tracking receipt and keep it safe.
