Hi.
I have finished my contract and it's all been discontinued. Yodel are sending a package to return my equipment which I will do. Virgin have sent me and email asking for 2 TV top box's when I have only ever had one. This needs investigating as it sounds like virgin are trying to force me into being charged by asking for equipment I cannot sent back as I've never had it. The technical team should be able to see that only one box has been used. Please advise
