I have left virgin media in December and need to return my equipment but I got 2 notifications saying to bare with you as there is a delay in sending the re turn package.
Fair enough it's close to Christmas and all that but then I get a message the other day saying you should of returned the equipment by now...well I would of if the package had been sent!
I have tried to reorder a returns package but keep getting an error or just booted out of my account altogether.
I hope i don't get charged as its all here and I want to return it but you are making it impossible to do. Terribot is terrible also.
