Do you have a disconnection date scheduled?
The packaging to return any required equipment is sent around 10 days after that date.
This will advise what equipment needs to be returned.

Yes my disconnect date is 1st of February 2024. But I am away on holiday from the 8th of Feb for 14 Nights. So i wouldn't be able to return my equipment on time. Hence the need for a early email telling me if i need to return them.

I can take a look at getting a returns package sent out for you before the disconnection date if that helps.
That way you can enjoy your holiday worry free.
