Good Afternoon,
I returned my equipment 28/5/24 via your yodel service which their tracking shows that Virginmedia received the equipment back on 30/5/24.
As of the 3/6/24 the Virginmedia online account still shows that the equipment has not been returned. How long does it usual take to update the VM account system.

Good Evening, I experienced the same when I recently left VM.
Mine automatically updated 30 days after my services were disconnected. I don't think there is any human contact during the process.

The returns are scanned into the system in bulk so it can take up to 14 days to update.
A member of the forum team may be able to check this for you in a day or two when they pick up your post.

Hey Avo542, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
If the kit has reached out warehouse it can take the warehouse team around 10 - 14 working days for it to be scanned in.
Once it has been scanned in any charges will get removed.

I think you may be right. The only worrying part is i got email to state VM had sent out another yodel box for the same equipment to be returned. This was three days after yodel had confirmed on its tracking VM had received it.

Just for future reference as you are supposed to be giving advice. I am afraid you and Martin m were incorrect. DPJ was correct it was automatically updated on the account 30 days after my services were disconnected.
