I changed my contract in December to drop TV and was sent a box to return my Tivo equipment. This was done on 3rd January through local Yodel package return shop.
On 11th Jan. I received an email from Virgin saying 'We need to collect our kit, if it has already been returned, ignore this email'.
Today I have received a similar email with the same message. The email has buttons to arrange a collection date or to show change of address, but no way to show that package has been returned.
How do I stop these emails. I don't know where to send a copy of the receipt to prove the package has been sent.
I do not want to be charged for the equipment.
