Hi there,
I've been asked to return a Tivo box that I haven't used for at least 2 years. When I reduced my virgin package from including tv to just being broadband I was told I didn't need to return it so I recycled it. I am now leaving virgin and have received an email telling me I need to return it along with my hub (sending the hub back is no problem) I don't have any proof of being told not to return the box previously, am I now going to be charged for it? If so, how much?

The last time I checked, there wasn't a charge listed for non-returned TiVo's in the T&Cs/price guide.
Unfortunately I can't currently locate an up-to-date equivalent to check.

If this is an old Tivo there will be no charge attached to the box, therefore it's okay if it's not returned to us.
