Reset password not working

On our wavelength

I am trying to help my mother in law change her password so she can review her package. She is paying way too much. Every-time she tries to reset her password, no matter what combination of letters and length. The length say invalid and you cannot confirm the second password.

I fixed this. You need to disable cross site scripting in your browser settings. Why Virgin can’t advise this is beyond me.
