Reroute cable

I have 2 points of entry for virgin media I want to change both and also the outside connection box needs to be moved and replace (telewest logo). The upstairs cable provides the internet and tv I want this to come in at ground level, the other cable comes in at ground level but just supply’s the tv. I want this upstairs in the attic. How do I go about trying to speak to someone about this and arranging the installation thks
