Reopen complaint?

I would like to re-open a complaint. The complaint reference is C-1503241493.

When I lodged my complaint Virgin Media immediately "resolved" it and sent me an email saying "here's what we agreed" (when I haven't agreed to anything).

Can someone here help me re-open the complaint? Because this happened twice to me now on the VM web chat. This is a bit frustrating because the Ombudsman does not consider the "resolved" letter to be a deadlock letter.

OMG. They did this to me too. I requested a DSAR (free to do) to see where my complaints were going. They closed them as resolved. Liars! Incompetent people in VM who can't be bothered to do their jobs.

I have now emailed my MP - I can tell you. he will find an email address and an accountable person - they won't ignore a member of parliament. I suggest you do the same. 

Alternatively - go on twitter. There is a Virgin media Help account - log the complaint in public. They will direct message you - take it from there.
