Hello
I've received the usual email "your contract is due to end soon" notifying me of my price increase after the contract ends.
Been through a couple of times with VM and usually there is an option in the account to renew or move on to another 18month deal but all I can see is upgrade options? These options only offer increase in speed or TV package for the remaining month of the existing contract and then increases to the out of contract price?
Where are the renewal options?! I'm only a month out from my contract ending.

Thanks for posting although it's disappointing to hear of the renewal issues experienced, we appreciate the confusion this can cause and you raising it with us via the forums.
Can you confirm if this is the same when checking via your online account? We aren't able to make package changes via the forums but if you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.

Yes, online (web) just had upgrade options.
The app does have a renew your contract option but get an error when select it.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the app. Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling it to see if that corrects the error for you?
