Renewal notice, fed up of e mails

Can someone help please, I am reluctantly staying with virgin for another 18 months for certain reasons, however since April when I was first e mailed asking to renew my contract. I clicked the link and received an email with my new contract details on 16th April and every month since without fail I get 2/3 emails asking me to renew, can someone look into this please

Sorry to hear of the continued emails received in regards to renewing your package, we can see you have raised this in another thread which one of my colleagues has responded to.

We ask to not raise the same issue across multiple threads, this can lead to delays and missed information. We will arrange for this thread to be closed but feel free to continue to respond via the other thread which will remain open.
