I am coming to the end of my contract and have been sent several emails with links to renew.
Whenever I have clicked on any of these I receive a generic virgin media website error. This seems to be a common issue. I received a call before Christmas and asked them to call back in the new year, but this never happened.
How do I access renewals online? I’m now working aboard and won’t be able to call.
