I've received a second email asking me to claim my special offer as my contract is ending but, as like many other people, all the links in the email go to an 'oops something has gone wrong' message. Even if I login to my account there is no sign or mention of any deal, discount etc.

Is this some kind of scam?

I find it unbelievable that Virgin have sent these emails without any checks as to whether the information is correct or not, or is this deliberate?

Absolute shocking service, but why am I surprised.
