I've received the usual email "these renewal offers have your name on them" notifying me of my price increase after the contract ends in April 2024

After being directed to the web site via this link (See Offers) - https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/broadband/loading?status=eoc&match_zeotapId=102888

It then flicks to another URL - 
https://care.virginmedia.com/care/error/xsus?u_journey=90029&p_tier=PR_2233A1

With then a lovely pic of the statement "looks like something's gone wrong! "

I only want to know my options and to see if any early deals exist ... I rang retention team and they were unable to help. . It's all a bit shocking really.

Their own web portal for "MY Offers" is always giving that Oops Error on any device I have ever used and the banner advertisements - one recently labelled as "Looking ahead" with gunf about price rise.

I think it's there just to stress people out 🙂 It's like Mr. T laughing at you and calling you a fool...

Well pointless email,  scaring people into re-contracting is not on .. Why send these out with dead links and then expecting people to ring them.. 

This will force more people to BT and full fibre

Sales team rang me and offersx me a deal but had to take it there and then . I asked for a call back and never got it .. rang retentions team and they were unable to help or even access avaible offers .. 🤔

Thanks for expanding. So, just to clarify, you're unhappy with your current bundle and are looking for a potential new offer.

When you've called recently to discuss this, you were offered a deal you wanted to think over, and since then haven't received a call back. When you've called since then the team have been unable to discuss other potential offers.

Is that correct? If so, on the latter point, did they advise why they weren't able to discuss other offers with you?

Hiya zach they offered me a cheaper broadband only deal to what it will be when my contract ends in april with no increase for 18 months including the april price increase. 

When i rang the next day they were unable  to offer the same price ..

Hope this clears tthings up.

Our offers are subject to change, so it's very possible that a deal available one day may no longer be available to offer the next. Did you discuss other potential offers from that point?

No as retention team were unable to bring any offers up .
