Refusal to waive early disconnection fee

After explaining that I am being evicted (section 21), I have no money (also being divorced, landlord is sister in law), I have nowhere to live, I'm being told that I somehow have to find over £300 which I do not have.

I appreciate there are rules but a little compassion could be shown being as reading on here precedents have been set in regards to this.
