I recently have received a closing bill with credit remaining on my account. I am aware that the policy is that a cheque will be sent after but I have already moved out of the address and I cannot see a way to update my address on the account for Virgin Media to send the cheque. Could you assist with me on this?

Did you happen to leave the Direct Debit active with the account? If so, the refund would be issued as a bank transfer instead.

Hi Zack,
I already removed the Direct Debit from the account awhile back. Would adding the direct debit back work even though it is only for the purpose of receiving the money back?

You wouldn't be able to reactivate the Direct Debit if the account is now closed I'm afraid. However, I'll send you a private message shortly to take some more details and have a closer look at what's going on.
