I was due a credit of £10 that was supposed to be applied on my account due to the hassle of getting nbr witheld as gesture of good will after talking to one of the useless advisers on the WhatsApp chat but surprise surprise as usual have been lied to by Virgin overseas dept who have no clue what they are actually doing.

I do not see any credit at all that has been applied and I think due to more poor service from Virgin I think this should now increase to £20 tbh.
So Virgin where is it?

Supposed to be getting a credit refund from Virgin of £10 but nothing has shown up surprise surprise as per screen shots after the hassle of getting my landline nbr with held.
Useless liars.

This should now be upped to £20 in my opinion for more useless customer service.
