Refer a Friend

Hi. 

I signed up to Virgin in April and was part of the refer a friend scheme. I was told we would both receive £50 each after two months of payments. Neither of us have received anything. Can someone tell me when this will be.

Sorry to see you are your friend haven't seen the referral rewards. They should've been given by now. Have you been able to log onto the Aklamio portal to check that these have been accepted?

I've never heard of the Aklamio portal. This is something that has never been mentioned to me. What is this please and where can I find it?

Can you please advise exactly how you referred your friend to us? Did you receive a personal referral link that you could give to your friend?

I called when I was enquiring about joining. I was told by the agent on the phone, that I would be eligible for refer a friend and that I would need to do either 2 or 3 direct debits before my account would be credited. I've made 3 payments now with the 4th due soon.
