I recently renewed my package deal online and was told that everything would stay the same. I have broadband, telephone and Maxit tv and now I have lost TNT sports. I hope that this can be rectified without me speading hours on the phone waiting to speak with someone.

I have max tv also and recently lost TNT sport. Was told that it was because I didn't use it enough. VM didn't take into consideration that I mainly taped it as a lot of what I watched was shown during the early hours. Contacted them and it was back within 24hrs but only on my main box and not the extra one.

Sorry to hear of the recent loss of TNT Sports - which was originally part of our Maxit TV packages but now can no longer be included within a TV package and needs to be issued as an add-on.
