I'm in same situation as OP. Currently on Mix-TV and 'Same great package, even better price' renewal email only lists TV Essentials. Yet 'Mix' is listed on latest channel guide here: https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/virgin-tv-channel-guide , so hardly a legacy product. Oh, and 'better price' is more than I'm paying now

What have the team advised when you have called and spoken to them in regards to this? We're limited as to package support we can offer via the forums but If you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.
