i have had a nightmare over the last few years with virgin - I have been to the ombudmans which found that virgin did not deal with the fraud on my account properly -
I’ve been to the ico who also has confirmed that did not comply to SAR x 2 -
I am about to start legal proceedings and will be during for damages -
my mobile account was frauded with “extra fraud prevention” measures put in place only to almost be frauded again 12 months later -
I asked for an explanation and raised multiple complaints for every single one to be ignored for the last 3 years -
well hey virgin - see you in court - your about to be made an example of -
