I appear to also be having the same problem.
I received an email today stating that your Netflix account has been suspended and that Virgin Media has been removed as my payment method!
I have spoken to Netflix twice who have confirmed that Virgin Media will need to reactivate the link and also to your call centre twice who told me there is an outage affecting many customers and the problem has been escalated and will take 7 days to be resolve?
Can you please help to resolve this as I cannot access Netflix at all

examples below ... i changed to 4k vm netflix ...
are u a netflix customer in there monthly deal say netflix £10.00 a month sub inc netflix £50 paid to vm ???
so u pay private to netflix now £10
so vm as lowered to £40 // u pay netflix private £10.00
or vm £50 + extra £10èr for netflix ???
