Just having exactly the same experience! Renewed my current broadband, phone and Maxit TV package for 18 months, which clearly shows TNT Sports being included - clicked to order the package and a day later received an email saying that TNT Sports has been removed from my account.
As with everyone else on here - I haven't previously had any contact or email from Virgin media about TNT no longer being included, and simply wanted to renew my package.
I took a screen grab before ordering - which clearly shows that TNT Sports was part of the package I was ordering.
Very frustrating - this must amount to false advertising at the very least on the part of VM - the TNT Sports logo is still shown as part of the Maxit TV package! Spent hours yesterday in online chat going in circles!! I don't know what the solution is - but clearly misleading customers into thinking that they are receiving channels that they aren't must be against advertising standards!
