Re: Overcharged for a film I never watched

Hi. I have just had an (18) film charge for £7:49 added to my next bill. In todays technology, how can someone else sign in to your VM Box? I have had a refund added to my account, but this is not the first time this has happened. It can happen 2 or 3 times a year & when you know you haven’t ordered or watched an additional film it is very annoying. I was told the waiver was a one off payment also. How many customers is this happening too? So how much extra a year is VM making in profit 🤷‍♂️

Have you changed your TV PIN from the default 1234? That's required before any chargeable purchase can be made, unless you've explicitly disabled the check within your TV box's menu.
