Hi,

I also have the same problem- I have ordered a self-install box to a property previously supplied by Virgin Media as well, and have received two emails: a pre-contract one and an order summary, but no order confirmation or full contract has been sent- my delivery date was due to be today.

Thanks for replying to my message but your advice was not very helpful as I have no way of using app or doing anything without my account number and I have nothing at all with account number on it 

I can't even look at a bill because I have no idea what my number is

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
