Can you help me too?

I'm having this exact same problem when a try to join together Virgin media and o2 logins - I've tried different servers but I still just get the whirling infinity symbol and that's it, so I'm getting nowhere.

Thanks

Jacqueline

Hi Jacqueline 👋 welcome to the community! Thank you for getting in touch.

Sorry to hear you are needing some support with your My VM login.
Can we just check - are you trying to register for a My VM account, or register your VOLT benefits?

You can register for My VM here 👉 Register My Virgin Media Account | Virgin Media - if you are getting a specific error message or code when doing this please let us know!

In terms of registering for VOLT benefits you do this via the O2 online account. You can find more information about this here 👉 How to get Volt benefits | Help with Volt from Virgin Media O2 | O2

If you are having an alternative issue, please give us a little more information so we can do our best to help! Wishing you all the best. 🌞

Molly

Hi Molly_T

I'm not trying to do either of those - I'm trying to create my Virgin Media O2 ID so I can link my My Virgin Media and My O2 sign in details.

It's just that I got an email weeks ago now about how to do this but the link I was sent doesn't work. The Virgin icon just goes round and round and nothing happens. I've tried using Chrome and Firefox but nothing helps.

Jacqueline

Hi Jacqueline,

Thanks for coming back and clarifying that for us. If you received the email a few weeks ago then it's likely expired now so you'll need to wait for a new email to be sent. When you receive the new email, you'll need to follow our online steps to link your sign in details, and once you’ve done this you’ll only need to use your new Virgin Media O2 details to sign in to both My Virgin Media and My O2 (and any other online spaces you’d usually use your My Virgin Media or My O2 details to sign in to).

You can view more on the change and what it means here.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

Thanks,
