We only go in to private message when we need to swap personal details, otherwise everything is done through the public space. 

We would need to know a little bit more to ensure this is something we can help with. Please expand further on what issues you're having with your package. If it's something we can help with, we will of course move this to private message. If it's not something we can help with, then we will give you information on where to get help from instead.
