I have just called your customer service today and would like to confirm a package with pre-contract document sent to me on 13 Sep 2024. However, I received a new pre-contract document dated 26 Sep 2024 afterwards, with a ridiculous increased in the monthly cost. This should not be happened.
So, I called back immediately, and a kind lady claimed that the pre-contract document dated 26 Sep 2024 would not be activated and the pre-contract document dated 13 Sep 24 has been sent for another department for consideration.
Will I now get charged for the ridiculous expensive contract or charged twice for two contracts, which I have not even consented or to ask for?
And how could I confirm if the cheaper one contract I accepted would be the one really accepted?
Thanks a lot.

It is horrible that virgin media immediately sent me an agreement with the expensive plan. So fast is the action this time. I totally disappointed for the way that handle customers' request. I reinsist I didn't give any consent and agreement to the pre-contract dated 26 September 2024. What I accepted is the pre-contract dated 13 September 2024.
Any one could teach me what to do to rectify this? Or simply cancel the service? Life is so difficult in here.

Hello wc23,
Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your new package. You would not be charged for two contracts as that wouldn't be possible on our system. We cannot say for sure from here without going into a private message conversation as we would need to confirm some details that cannot be shared here on the public forum. I will send a message over in a moment, please look out for the message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,

Does anyone know rolling credit really works? As I don't want to contacting VM anymore in the future.
It just wastes time, hours per day to deal with the matter. This business method really makes those working people mad. Every day need to work hard to earn the living and now need to spend extra time in dealing with the imposed contract.
