Hi,
My girlfriend asked me to set up her virgin media order for her as she is disabled, has adhd/autism. I did this, she got her pre contract email and clicked approve.
Nothing received since the 13th. It’s now the 15th.
She can’t speak to people over the phone. So used whatssapp to find out If it went through. After hours of nobody understanding and passed around for 2 days, one person said to redo the application (but this would cause another credit check to be done) another said wait until the17th then should have email. Another said to call customer services, which she can’t do.
i live far away from her so can’t be there even if she could call. I also can’t act as a nominee.
could someone please tell us what to do. We have CSS and CIS numbers but nobody will help.
im disabled too and the whole thing is horrific. There was nowhere in the process we could add a 3rd party to speak on her behalf.
we also need to get an engineer on the days im there as she is scared of letting anyone into the house without someone else there.
