Online renewal NOT worked - help needed

  • I received an email to renew my virgin media contract and did so, received an email saying it would be processed and set up my 20th May, however it is still showing as my old contract and not the new deal I signed up to and today it is the 23rd May, so should be set up. 
    I received a email confirming my new deal and acopy of the email I received confirming this is below…. When I log in to my account I now there is no upgrade option and the link. 
    It seems there is an issue and I have noticed other have the same issue. 
    can someone please help….. I have tried the chat and just gone round in circles
