Online contract renewal

I've been battling with trying to renew a contract with VM after receiving an email offer. I followed the link provided and was offered an 18 month contract with a speed increase to M350 for £50/month. I decided to accept this offer and went through the process, but when I clicked on the final accept stage nothing happened and refreshing the browser did not display the same options. At that point I gave up, this was on the 13th of March. I have since been sent a folloup email with the contracts, but no way to accept the offer. Today I had another go and if I go online to my account I am being offered a "final offer" that is for my current package but at £46/month, however if I click on the button to accept that offer the actual offer details show up as being for a £64/month contract.

This entire process does not fill me with much confidence. Can anyone tell me what is happening?
