Not sure if I am being reconnected and spam

Keeping it short:  My package was changed late January 24 and I lost TV channels. After online chat was given new package. On receiving confirmation noted increase in cost and addition of extras which I did not want. After speaking with help center (assume India) and getting very frustrated with being held on phone line for nearly an hour, which Virgin has charged me for. I decided to leave. More calls followed from Retention dept. More frustration with lack of clarity. Decided it was time to go. after 30 years with Virgin and their predecessors.

Got new package from BT. All installed BUT not what I was sold.  Why is all so hard??????

Contacted Virgin again, said I would like to stay, another hour on phone, seem to be okay. But NO confirmation received.

Email over the weekend But not sure if it is a Scam (see Picture) about staying.
Can anyone confirm if email genuine or scam. mail address looks very dodgy to me.
