Not received registration details

Good Evening,

My Broadband has been active for four days and I’ve still not received a welcome email,  so can’t register for online access to my account. I spoke with customer services two days before the install and was told as soon as my service went live I would receive the appropriate emails in order to register.

Any advice would be appreciated.
