Cannot register to MyVirginMedia - stuck on Request in Progress
Hi, hope somebody can help. We were installed yesterday, and the connection is good, thank you. As you emailed me, I'm trying to register for MyVirginMedia, using my last name, account number, and area number, but the registration page is stuck on Request In Progress. Good Evening, My Broadband has been active for four days and I’ve still not received a welcome email, so can’t register for online access to my account. I spoke with customer services two days before the install and was told as soon as my service went live I would receive the appropriate emails in order to register.
