Cannot register to MyVirginMedia - stuck on Request in Progress

Hi, hope somebody can help.

We were installed yesterday, and the connection is good, thank you.

As you emailed me, I'm trying to register for MyVirginMedia, using my last name, account number, and area number, but the registration page is stuck on Request In Progress.

I have cleared my cache and tried on different browsers and my phone & PC - but no luck so far.

Could somebody please help me?

    I believe that it can take several days for the backend systems to update.  Perhaps this is why it says Request in progress.

    There's a known issue at present with new account registrations.

  • All sorted folks. Logged in today and everything set up nicely.
    Guess I just needed to be a bit more patient.

    Hope everybody else here gets sorted soon, too.
