No updates after receiving pre-contract details

I signed up and received an order summary and pre-contract documents. This was 2 weeks ago on the 05/04 and I haven't received any update or tracking information or parcel with a router in it. I would like to know what's going on, and get my broadband up and running. My order number is CH2064982737 and the supposed delivery date was the 09/04.
