No reply from Bereavement Team

Still waiting on a reply to email with a request to change services over to my name upon the death of my mother and amend the services offered. It's been just over a week is it usual for them to take this long?

I sent an email over then shortly after I posted this they came back to me and said they had some trouble opening the attachments so I sent those again to them and I'm still waiting to hear back over a week on again!
