Virgin media have literally been the absolute worst in the entire time I’ve used them.
My husband died last month and I told them I wanted to change the account over , lower the package and if not I would leave. Absolutely nothing at all has been done and I can’t even get hold of anyone.
To add insult to injury they’ve even put the bill up by £50 a month. I’m going through a tough enough time as it is and this is making things a 1000 times worse, please please please could someone just contact me so this can be settled.
I’ve also raised a complaint and this hasn’t been resolved either even though it’s after 7 days.
Its actually appalling and I can’t believe in 2025 I’m being treated like this
