No received account number

Hi

I bought an M500 internet package on 4th Oct and have received the hub and got everything set up. Speeds are about a 5th of what they should be...but i digress.

Got the email with precontract stuff and another that says my actual contract with my account number will follow by email, but so far nothing. How can i get my account number please?
