No internet access after house move

I moved to a new house and submitted the form awhile ago for moving house. 

Someone came back last Friday (12 April) saying that it should be done within the same week but it isn't. 

Called CS on Wednesday (17 April), was told there is some error from their end and expected to receive connection within 48 hours. 

Nothing happend today (19 April). Called again and told that the 'error is fixed and still processing the request and ETA to be done in 2 days. 

2 different persons had gave me false hope and now I doubt if the 3rd person is doing it again. Anyone has encountered the similar issue before?
