No delivery date confirmation

Hi 

I received a pre-contract email, and then a further email confirming order details and that I would receive a delivery date confirmation but I have not received this, chosen delivery date was 23/7/22

Help!

I am also having this issue - delivery date selected as yesterday but no communication since initial purchase last week - self install bundle.

I fear I may be in a similar situation.

I have just moved into a new property which has a Virgin line in it from the last tenant, so requested a self-install pack for the 1 Gig Fibre broadband only package, for delivery yesterday on the 5th.

I've not received my proper contract nor any information about the delivery, so I'm not sure what's going on. I ideally need my internet set up ASAP for work... 

Does anyone know how long it might be until I get the rest of the details or have my pack delivered?

Me too.

My choosen delivery date was 14/2/22. It was a self Installed broadband i ordered as previous owners already had virgin .
